The All-Energy Australia Conference was big this year with over 10,000 people registering and the break out and panel sessions all at capacity.
There was a large number of experts ranging from industry and government bodies, manufacturers, generators, investors, innovators and startups. It was great to network and better understand the capability and capacity of the various organisations and their ability to seize the energy transition opportunity.
While the scale of the transition sometimes appears daunting Sanaya Khisty, Chief Strategy Officer at Beyond Zero Emissions pointed out we have the capability – look what the mining and oil & gas industry have been able to achieve with the expansion in production of iron ore and LNG in recent times.
